Roy joined CAMRA sometime in the early 1980s and has been the chairman of the South Bedfordshire branch for the past seven years. Roy likes his sports to say the least. He's a passionate Middlesboro FC supporter and a regular attendee at their games. Roy has also loves his cricket and has been a qualified umpire for the past 25 years. He's run a total of over 42,000 miles and he still runs with the Dunstable Globe and Roadrunners club. Roy has also arranged walks over the North Yorkshire Moors.
